We appreciate adherence to these guidelines. Consequences for soliciting business, for a member or an invited guest, will include removal from membership and ban from future events.

EventFluence invites potential new members to join us at select events.  Non-member meeting planners are welcome to attend one (1) EventFluence event as a guest, prior to submitting a membership application. Registration fees for ALL non-members (planners + suppliers) is $30.00 per person. Refunds issued for fully paid registrations within 48 Hour written notice to info@eventfluence.org (minus $5.00 fee).
