IMPORTANT REMINDER
EventFluence strives to provide an un-biased industry forum for information, education and networking, however, please be advised that third-party planners, independent planners and owners of event companies/agencies are prohibited from soliciting business at events, both in-person and virtual. Soliciting includes related activities that involve self-promotion for the purpose of business gain and overt mention and promotion of your company/organization during events. We appreciate adherence to these guidelines. Consequences for soliciting business, for a member or an invited guest, will include removal from membership and ban from future events.
EventFluence invites potential new members to join us at select events. Non-member meeting planners are welcome to attend one (1) EventFluence event as a guest, prior to submitting a membership application. Registration fees for ALL non-members (planners + suppliers) is $30.00 per person. Refunds issued for fully paid registrations within 48 Hour written notice to info@eventfluence.org (minus $5.00 fee).
